Dog Biscuits. Instead of buying these treats from the supermarket, you can make them yourself. All you need are the following ingredients: whole wheat flour, baking powder, peanut butter, milk and honey. Mix together one and a half cups of flour and half a teaspoon of baking powder. Add ¾ cup of milk and same amount of peanut butter. Incorporate all ingredients together. Knead and roll into appropriate thickness. Cut the dough using cookie cutters and place in a sheet with a thin layer of oil or grease. Bake inside a preheated oven to 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

Doggy Casserole. Prepare half a pound of turkey, a couple of eggs, and two tablespoon of potato flakes. Mix the ingredients together and scramble in a hot frying pan. You can add crumble cornbread for texture or you can make it as a patty and put it inside a burger bun.

Cheezy Bites. You will need a cup of flour and the same amount of cheddar cheese, shredded; four tablespoons of canola or safflower oil; and four tablespoons of water. Incorporate all the ingredients thoroughly. Knead and roll the dough. Cut the dough in different shapes and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Banana Oat Dog Treats. For this recipe, you will need one or two bananas, one and a half cups of oats, 3 tablespoons of oil, 2/3 cup of wheat germ, 3 tablespoons of honey, and a cup of water. Except wheat flour, you just need to combine all the ingredients. For wheat flour, you should add it three times, one half cup each interval. Knead and roll the dough on a floured surface. Create different shapes using cookie cutters and place them on a cookie sheet. The size of the biscuits should be appropriate for your dog’s size. In a preheated oven, put the cookies inside and bake for 45 minutes.
